Tangier Sound Shallows

Cooler water temperatures have pushed schoolie sized Stripers into shallow water. We found fish actively feeding around creek mouths, grass flats, deep guts and marsh points. Mixed in with the Stripers were Speckled Trout up to 12". Baits of choice were Wildeye Swim Shads, Bass Assassins and Topwater Plugs.
