Loch Raven Bank Fishing

Type: Nontidal
Region: Central
Location: Loch Raven

I headed up to Loch Raven on 4/25 to try my luck at a little bank fishing before the rain hit, and it paid off! I got to the area I wanted to fish around 10 and the conditions were great. It was 55 and partly cloudy with a slight breeze, water clarity was good to about 3 ft. Within a few minutes I caught this 14 inch largemouth on a 3 foot diving crank bait. I had 2 other fish on but couldn't get them in, and had a feisty smallmouth in my hand but he gave me the slip before I could snap a pick. In all It was a good couple hours spent on a pretty descent day. Good luck and tight lines y'all!
