On Monday, April 28th, I cruised the shorelines of Loch Raven casting a crankbait at all the new laydowns created by our recent harsh winter. After about three hours I finally found a productive little cove that yielded five hookups within 30 minutes. Whenever you can land a fish that's longer than your ruler, you gotta be happy! This 20-inch Chain Pickerel was the second largest I ever caught, a beautiful specimen.
