Gunpowder Rainbows

I fished the Lower Gunpowder River the other day! The river was so high, I could have rowed a drift boat down it. Once I located the fish, I had a great time. The Fisheries Warden checked me. He was professional and courteous! I didn't see another fisherman along the river. The Warden was probably bored looking for fair weather fishermen. Good fishermen adapt to the conditions. High water means more weight and a different approach. Corn and orange Power Bait were the ticket.
