Cash Lake Largemouth

I went fishing last week at Cash Lake in PG County after work and caught only one Largemouth Bass on a 4 inch swimbait. It's mouth was messed up pretty bad I don't know what it could be from I was thinking maybe a pickerel because they are in the lake.
