Point Lookout Variety

Is this a kingfish? I caught two fish of this species this morning on the Potomac River at Point Lookout State Park using squid as bait. This one was 10 inches long, and the other one was 14 inches long. I released both of them because I was unsure of the fish's species and if there were any size limits.

In addition, I caught 5 Atlantic Croakers between 9-10 inches, one undersized Atlantic Croaker that was released, a White Perch, and an Oyster Toadfish.

DNR Response: Yes that is a kingfish, we're not sure which kingfish though because it's lacking some markings. In case you catch more, there is no size or creel limit for kingfish.
