It's a Harvestfish

We are trying to identify this fish, 3" long. Fell out of crab pot on Taylors Island, Maryland, Chesapeake Bay

DNR Response: That is a Harvestfish, it is a member of the Butterfish family and fairly common in the lower Chesapeake Bay.
