Eastern Bay Spanish Mackerel

On September 5th Alex, Evan and I were sight casting stingsilvers to breaking fish in Eastern Bay when this 19 inch (fork length) Spanish mackerel hit. A few weeks before I was fishing the same area and caught a small tarpon perhaps 14 inches in length. No keeper rockfish either time.
