Catfish Action

The catfish are still hitting hard in the early mornings. We used chicken livers and pulled in some nice ones and the rockfish were hitting all day but were all under 18". I had what I thought was a snag but must have been a huge flathead. I was pulling and pulling trying to break free and then my line took off and within seconds I felt a head shake and the line broke. I was using 30lb test but I'll get him another day!
