Smoked Trout

My family and I went to Savage River Dam on 9-12-14 for some fishing. We did prety good between 4 of us we caught 15 rainbow trout. The picture is of me and family friend Dalene Garlitz holding the fish on the stringer. Dad put this batch of trout on the smoker this weekend, I like to snack on smoked trout YUMMM.
