Catching Fish all Day Long

Type: Tidal
Region: Southern
Location: Mouth of Nanjemoy Creek

My friend Jeff and I fished near the mouth of Nanjemoy Creek on the Potomac on Saturday the 20th of September. We were fishing shallow throwing oz jig heads with 4 inch Berkley Gulp Swimming Mullet, white and chartreuse. We caught fish all day long. Channel cats, bluefish, 1 four pound largemouth bass, white perch and stripers. It was a great day on the river. Water temperature was in the mid 70s and there was plenty of bait in shallow water.
