Hitting Hard on the Severn

Fish are hitting hard in the early nighttime (7-9:30ish) on road runners, which were thrown against a bulkhead on the Severn River. I've caught, caught and continue to catch multiple fish on the Severn River, at sunset through 9:30ish (when I leave) on road runners and tsunami swim baits, 4 and 5 inch.
