Went bank fishing at Liberty Reservoir this morning 10/4/2014 after the rain. Water seemed pretty alive but everything I caught was tiny! Two small carp, a few small bass, and a sunny that was almost as big as the lure he hit! Fished from about 7:15am-9:15am. All fish safely released.
