Any Lure Caught a Striper

Location: Thomas Pt

Left the dock at 7 am and fished for 3 hours in the bay off Thomas Pt without a hit. The fish were there but didn't want to eat. Finally around 10 the bite started. Just about any lure caught fish. The fish were generally 20-23". The largest 26". All the fish were well fed and healthy.
