New Personal Best

I took the opportunity this morning to head to a local pond in the Prince Frederick area. With the pretty cool temperatures, and the winds from the north, I wasn't having much luck until I switched over to a swimbait. I was able to get a few smaller ones with it. After a little bit I switched locations as well as to a crankbait. On the second or third cast into deep water I hooked up with this guy. I got him to shore and was amazed at how big he was. He came in at 20 inches and probably quite a few pounds. (I don't have a scale.) After a couple of photos I released him back into the water. I just hope we meet again.
