Lisa Hopps, disabled fanatic fisherman, caught two bass weighing 6 and 3 lbs. on public eastern shore ponds on 12/11/14. The air and water temperature was 41 degrees with cloudy skies and a slight wind. She used spinnerbaits off the bottom with a large plastic grub.
