Returning Trapped Fish from the C&O Canal

DNR's John Mullican returns 19 1/2-inch smallmouth to the Potomac River. The DNR crew and volunteers captured smallmouth, bluegill, catfish, suckers and other species trapped in the C & O Canal after recent flooding and returned them to the mainstem river.
