Shad Run

Caught a dozen shad on the Susquehanna just downstream from the mouth of Deer Creek. Here is a picture. The water was very low at 630 am Saturday. Shad fishing was good, then pretty much stopped when they opened the dam gates, too muddy. Also landed a nice 24 inch rock. Had two much larger rockfish, but couldn't land with my light spinning tackle/rod.
