2011 Fishing Guide Cover Photo Brings Back Family Fishing Memories

This is a very odd request, but I need some information regarding the vintage photos which were on your 2011 MD Fishing Guide.

My Uncle recently picked up his fishing license and noticed that on the front cover was a picture of his jeep as well as his brother-in-law posing with his catch back in the old days. Imagine his surprise! He couldn�t wait to show his sister.

The man posing in the �Ocean City 1971� photo is my father, Earl Cropper. We were thrilled to see this memory of him doing what he loved dearly, fishing. Which brings me to my question. I lost my father back in 1985 to a massive heart attack at the age of 55. I would love to have either the original or a copy of this lost photograph... it would make a fantastic birthday present for my mom.

We also believe that the photo was probably taken on the beach at Assateague Island. He loved fishing on that Island and we as a family have many wonderful memories there. Please send my thanks to all that were involved in discovering the photo.
