Invasive Catch in Prince Georges County Pond

I caught this 28" snakehead fish on May 2,2015 from School House pond in upper Marlboro MD. We did not release it back into the pond, instead it was killed in accordance with state law. Who knew they like spinner baits?!

DNR Response: Thank you for removing and killing this invasive species. As a reminder, it is illegal to transport and release live northern snakehead into Maryland waters.
