Rocky Gorge Memorial Day Report

My friend and I spent a few hours fishing Rocky Gorge Reservoir on this past Memorial Day. Water conditions were cloudy with a lot of floating wood. We were wondering if this maybe is caused from the Dam being opened? Unfortunately, it was a slow day we only caught a couple largemouth in the 2-3lb range.
