Snakehead archers and anglers participating in the PotomacSnakehead.com Tournament brought in 265 snakeheads from the Potomac River in less than 24 hours. It was almost a ton of snakeheads, weighing in at 1871 pounds. The biggest snakehead was about 15 pounds. It spread awareness and helped lower biomass of an invasive species in Maryland. Everyone enjoyed a great time filled with live music, and free food and drinks.
