White Perch with Yellow Perch Markings?

I caught this perch in the Severn River, close to Arden. Thought I had a white perch until I was filleting it and realized the yellow perch markings. This was a first for me. Caught on 6/28/2015. Any feed back would be appreciated.

DNR Response: It is definitely a white perch. Often, discolorations occur post-mortem, especially if they are iced down. Similarly, exposure to air may cause the discoloration.
