Chicamacomico Snakehead

I was fishing the Chicamacomico River at the bridge on New Bridge Road in Dorchester County Sunday morning between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and caught 2 snakeheads. The first one I was unable to land but I did get him out of the water long enough to identify it and estimate it's weight at 6-7 lbs. The second was roughly 12" long and 1-2 lbs. I did not return it to the water. I enclosed a picture of the smaller one for identification purposes.
