There Are Fish in This Pond

I moved to Frederick MD 2 months ago and have been fishing the pond/lake in Riverside Park on Monocacy Blvd next to the Walmart with no luck at all. I haven't seen this body of water on any of the fishing reports and can't find it in a google search so I don't even know what it's called. Last month the Monocacy River flooded into the pond for a couple days and so I thought there has to be fish in this pond so I'll keep trying. Last night I pulled this largemouth out of there on a Keitech Swing Impact 4.8 Green Pumpkin with a 4.0 weighted hook. There are fish in this pond/lake.
