James, age 4 went fishing with Dad and Mr. Todd. He caught this 11 lb catfish on a bluegill he caught earlier in the evening.Thanks to Mr.Todd for surrendering his hand to land the fish otherwise the line would have broke. Dam #4 Potomac River. He is no longer in the river.
