Small Walleye at Dam 4

Went to Dam 4 on the Potomac Tuesday morning after work. I got there around 6:30am fished for a few hours and was surprised by catching 11 walleye around 10"-12" and a few large sunfish and a small channel cat. Even though there were no giant walleye caught this time it was great catching the smaller ones ! Hoping the latex spill doesn't negatively impact the river ! Lures used: drop shot/gulp minnow, 1/8oz jig head gulp minnow, rapala fat rap.
