Beautiful Day at Rainbow Lake

I fished Rainbow Lake yesterday for 3 hours in some pretty cold temps but once the sun came up over the ridges it was a beautiful day. I had two fall off the line using Kastmaster 1/8 oz silver spinners but another gentleman caught 4 rainbow on powerbait 18" from 2 split shots. He said they were hitting close to shore. I'll be heading back this weekend and I'll be trying the power bait rig.

I did however have a triple bald eagle sighting in what I believe to be Male, Female and Juvenile all circling together above the lake. I was able to get a picture of one of them.
