Nice Crappie

This 1.7lb / 13.5'' crappie was caught Saturday afternoon in an off shoot of the Potomac River, 1 mile south of the falls, on a double bladed spinner. We generally practice catch & release, but after some discussion we decided that this bad boy deserved a nice panko crusting and some gentle pan frying to a golden brown deliciousness �and so it was :))
