Bluegills and Crappies

Had an incredible day of panfishing at a small public venue on Dec 8 with 141 bluegills and one crappie. The bluegills ran from 7.5 to 10 inches with many 9 or over, They took a 1/80th oz orange jighead tipped with a wax worm 5 ft below a sensitive bobber. Many big pumpkinseed X bluegill hybrids in the mix as well. All fish released, including the bonus slab crappie at 15.5 inches.
