Black Friday Fishing

The best thing about Black Friday is knowing my Pappaw given the choice between fishing and shopping odds are pretty good it will be "Fish On". Notice I have on my fishing jacket and my name tag from the DNR awards presentation. Since I have turned 7 now this jacket is getting a little small on me. I will need to find another one soon. It took awhile to find the bluegill "honeyhole" The were in more shallow water and had to throw it just right into the school for them to bite. They must have been learning math and lost count of how many I snatched out of there. The bass were not biting at all, I caught 1 small one that happened across my worm. Caught a dozen or so nice size blue gill. The color change in the winter they sure look different. Oh, the other good part about Black Friday is Santa is shopping for deals at Bass Pro shop hopefully. Hopefully I was good enough this year!
