Loch Raven Bass

Type: Nontidal
Region: Northern
Location: Loch Raven Reservoir

Finally got some time to go out sunday and do some fishing at loch raven for some pike i had about 5 hrs before my wife changed the locks on our house, I did not catch any pike due to the 30+ winds the whole time it was a major hassle but i did manage to land a couple nice bass the bass below was just short of 5 lbs caught in 60 ft of water, after trolling around i did run over a school of crappie, for those of you that have the side imaging i was under one of the bridges and what it is showing was not the pillars i was not that close to them! on the right screen from the F to the G in between what you see is all crappie the center line is the surface and on the left top screen the depth is 45 ft every thing above is all crappie. I threw a 20 ft diver into them on the first retrieve i think i hit about 80 of them before i snagged one. This is the biggest school of fish i have ever seen in my life so i took a pic real quick to share, There must have been 5 thousand crappie in that school.
