It was a windy day at Blair's Valley, and so I tried casting to the windward side of a submerged point. Sure enough, this beautiful golden trout and his smaller cousin were both caught on the same plain silver No. 2 Mepps Aglia spinner. These fish have been acclimated to the lake for a couple of weeks now, and they have spread out well beyond the entry points of their initial stocking. There are some nice size fish out there!
