Catching at Liberty

I went to Liberty Reservoir on Easter Sunday not expecting much with the steady east wind blowing up the lake. Ended up with 3 fish of similar size in about 2 hours. Lost another right at the bank. All bit on a smaller sized black spinner moving just a little quicker than a slow roll. There were a few bluegills of decent size following the spinner also, but they wouldn't take it. All the bass where in deeper water close to shallow flats.
