Best Bass of the Year, So Far

The weather was great this past Sunday and I wanted to scout the waters of Carroll Creek when I saw these two largemouth bass in different sections of this creek. One bass was under the bridge and the fish which weighed 3.25 lbs was near the growing lilly pads. I was advised to first check with Frederick regulations for where you can fish on Carroll Creek. You don't want to catch a big one while enjoying your day and then end up getting a ticket and ruining your day.
