James K Lewis Jr. of Harrington, DE caught this 39" striped bass on 4-20 near Tilghman Island MD, William F Nowottnick Sr. also of Harrington, DE caught his 37" near same day and location. William also caught a 41" striper at same location the next day (4-21) during the late afternoon.
