Lost Fishing Rod

This morning, I was talking to a gentleman at Dam #4 on the Potomac. During our conversation, a carp made an unannounced run and pulled his rod into the river. After he left, I was also fishing for carp. Somehow I managed to get snagged to his rod and landed it. I would certainly like to see this guy get his equipment back.
