Shad Report from Susquehanna

I have been enjoying the shad run at Susquehanna State Park for the past two weeks. Not as much quantity as in years past but the quality is great, including these hefty 18-inch Hickory Shad caught just below Conowingo Dam. I have yet to catch an American Shad this year, but I'll keep trying until the run ends in early June.
