Upper Potomac Smallmouth

Although still higher than normal, the Upper Potomac has been fishing really well. My good friend Charlie Dolan and I recently spent a rainy day on the river chasing smallmouth with numerous 12" to 15" bass coming to hand. Spinnerbaits and tubes were the most effective baits on this day.
