Huge Rainbow Trout Caught at Owens Creek

It was a dreary rainy Saturday morning. I woke up at 5:15am and it was pouring, I said well let me see what happens at Owen Creek. The Brotherhood of the Junglecock had an event last weekend so I knew there were a few fish left. I went to my spot, ran down through a dozen holes with a nightcrawler to no avail. So I decided to run back through the same section with a pink worm Carolina rigged with 6x fluorocarbon leader. Ran a dead drift down a nice crease and bang!!! Caught this 24" 7lb, 6oz monster! Thanks to Beaver Creek hatchery and the Maryland trout stocking program I was able to catch this amazing fish!
