Son's First Walleye

I took my son fishing last night and he caught a 27 inch 6.10lb walleye at dam 4 and I would love to get a citation for him. How would I go about doing that? DNR Response: In order to apply for an angler award you need to take the fish or a photo of the fish, with a tape measure laying across it showing the full length, to an angler award center.
