In their hometown of Baltimore on the tidal Patapsco near Port Covington, team Balhogs braved the wind, fully expecting to be skunked. The fish snubbed the lefty's deceiver on the fly rod and the winds made casting "interesting". On the baitcaster: cold hands, braid, backlash. But then the the topwater propeller spook received some attention not three or four feet from the bank and Cofo pulled out a nice little striper.
