Beautiful Saturday for Yellow Perch

Sat. Feb. 18 was a very nice day in the 60�s, but very cold in the morning. It was 28 degrees at launch with some skim ice here on the Severn at Severna Park. There were a lot of yellow perch biting on both 1/16th oz. jig/grubs and live minnows under the bobber and on the bottom.
