Spring is Here!

I've been itching to get out on the kayak. I took my kayak down to Lake Lariat, in Calvert County, but they are doing work on the dam and the lake itself was drawn down 4 or 5 ft. So, I drove over to Tilghman Lake Park, just outside of La Plata. The breeze was quite brisk but it didn't stop me from catching a few. My mixture was split evenly between crappie, bluegill and a couple of small bass. I've got to say, it was great getting back out on the water.
