Is DNR stocking some cut-bows out there? These rainbows from Blair's Valley have a lot more spots than I'm used to seeing.

DNR comment: I am not aware of any recent stockings of Rainbow/Cutthroat trout in Blair's Valley. According to hatchery staff, our lower than average water depth in the hatcheries may have made color or spots more pronounced since sun exposure is increased. We did have two strains of federal rainbows, but our hatchery staff see no distinguishable differences.
