Brian Walters of Winchester Virginia caught his first rockfish, trolling east and west in front of Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant. I think you can tell from the picture he was rather happy. It was a post-spawn fish that was 39 inches long! Report courtesy of Michael Nolan.
