Lower Gunpowder River Rainbow Trout Hitting on the Wooley Bugger

I had a good day with rainbow trout in the Lower Gunpowder River of Rt 40 in Joppa. I went out with the fly rod for an hour and the rainbow trout were hitting the wooley bugger fly!
