Striped Bass Out of the Patapsco?

My daughter, Stella, and her friend Caroline, were fishing Patapsco (Avalon) on Sunday 4/30 for trout. We saw a large school of carp in the pool. While fishing for the trout, amongst the carp, my daughter caught this small rockfish. I would have never thought I�d see a rockfish in this river.
