Big Trout

Maryland trout have been small this year, but today I fished the Little Gunpowder River and found a BIG one! The 20 inch rainbow took a spinner. He jumped 2 feet out of the water and gave my ultra lite rod with 2 lb. test line a real battle.

It is so funny how after a lifetime of catching fish, you feel like a kid again when you hook a big one. Even Montana Grant can find a big trout once in awhile.
