Nice Day for Rockfish

We went out trolling for rockfish from Solomons Island and fished between Hoopers Island and Cove Point. It was a beautiful day and the water was nice and calm. We were out from 6am-2pm and managed to get 4 fish ( 40�, 30�, 25� and 22�). All the fish we caught in 60ft of water on umbrella rigs. We kept the 40� striped bass and released all of the other fish. The action was a bit slow to start but once the tide started to come it picked up.
